Greetings, I'm Fred Kressaty, a seasoned coaching expert with a focus on helping professionals, couples, families, and individuals who are prepared to take charge of their lives and experience great transformations. My goal is to assist people become "unstuck" from overpowering negative thoughts by teaching them how to efficiently adjust to life's obstacles while remaining true to their ideals. We all deserve, in my opinion, to live more awake, purposeful, happy, and fulfilled lives. I have a bachelor's degree in sociology from St. Francis College, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a master's degree in marriage and family counseling from Liberty University.
