 L’association Bordeaux-USA organise une conférence gratuite le jeudi 15/09 à 19h à l’Athénée Municipale EN ANGLAIS sur la vie et l’œuvre de l’artiste bordelaise Rosa Bonheur, qui a vécu ses dix dernières années avec une américaine qu’elle a fait son héritière.

Un diaporama avec les mots clés et beaucoup d’images devrait permettre à tous de suivre, quel que soit votre niveau en anglais.

Venez découvrir cette artiste « portraitiste animalière », dont une grande rétrospective est actuellement présentée au MusBA (musée des beaux-arts de Bordeaux) pour célébrer les 200 ans de sa naissance.

The association Bordeaux-USA is organizing a free conference Thursday September 15th at 7 p.m. at the l’Athénée Municipale IN  ENGLISH covering the life and works of Rosa Bonheur, artist born in Bordeaux and who lived the last ten years of her life with an American woman who she designated as her heir.

A slideshow with key words and numerous illustrations should enable all to follow, whatever your level in English.
